With almost 15 years of nonprofit experience and 9 years in consulting, Lisa brings a strategic vision and collaborative approach to each project. Lisa is a pro at navigating organizational barriers to build consensus and steer each project in the right direction. Lisa has a unique way of breaking things down so that they are easy to understand. She offers a hand-holding approach that helps leaders develop confidence while being action oriented so that they can see real results.
Lisa lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband, Alex, and their two young kids. She is an active volunteer and current nonprofit board chair. She loves to try new restaurants and is always thinking about the next travel opportunity.

My team and I work with clients in a number of ways from coaching where we guide you through a process or help you with current challenges to full-scale implementation where we act as an extension of your team doing the work for you (and everything in-between). We offer a free consultation to learn about your organization, current challenges, needs and budget and then deliver a customized proposal for how to best meet those needs.
